FUEL OIL

DLPL are licensed and authorized collectors of marine waste / residual and we collect these ship wastes from MBPT and JNPT in MPCB approved tank lorries. These heavy fuel sludge materials are transported to our unit at Vasai and processed wherein the water is separated and the material is subjected to dehydration process that is carried out at controlled temperatures. These are finally blended by use of specific materials and sold as fuel oils in the local market. These fuel oil are used for heating in various industries.

RE-REFINING

DLPL also recovers many different solvents from their used state and thus provides the customer with a re-use option for various such products. To sum it up – DLPL creates use for every type of waste material with 2 great advantages – commercial and that of saving the environment and conservation of natural resources.

Re-Refining and Recovery

DLPL is reputed for serving the Industrial sector by indigenously developed processes for the refining of Thermic Fluids. Industrial Transformer Oils, Hydraulic Fluids and Aluminum Rolling Oils. De-aromatization of oils and recovery of solvent for re-use has been a great savings for our customers. DLPL’s list of clients include TATA Power, L&T, MicroInk, BSES, Siemens, Hindalco (All the Aluminum Rolling Units), ESSDEE Aluminum, JP Foils, to name a few.

DLPL has been honored to have manufactured and packed Automotive & Industrial Lubricants for M/s. Gulf Oil Corporation, M/s. Bharat Shell Ltd, M/s. Balmer Lawrie Fuchs Ltd., M/s. Mobil India Ltd., M/s. Bharat Petroleum Corporation ( BPCL), M/s. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.( HPCL) to name a few. We have been supplying Engine oil / Gear oil to BES & T Undertaking – Mumbai.
